Thank you for your interest in Chestnut Park Apartments! We are proud to offer quality apartment homes in a professionally managed, smoke-free community.

Chestnut Park participates in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and is professionally managed by Federal Management Co., Inc., DBA The Schochet Companies, an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Eligibility for housing is determined according to program requirements, including household income, household size, student status, and other applicable qualifications. Our management team is happy to answer questions and assist you throughout the application process.

Before You Begin

Please review the application carefully and complete all sections. Incomplete applications may delay processing or affect placement on the waiting list.

Application Tips

  • Please print clearly.
  • Complete all questions on the application.
  • If you are unsure how to answer a question, our management team is available to help.
  • Alternative formats, including large print, Braille, or other languages, may be available upon request.
  • Please make sure all information provided is accurate and current.
  • If you make an error, cross out the incorrect information, initial the change, and enter the correct information. Please do not use correction fluid or correction tape.

Submitting Your Application

Applications may be submitted in person, by mail, fax, or email.

Any changes to your application, including updates to your address, phone number, income information, or household composition, must be submitted in writing. Changes cannot be accepted verbally in person or by telephone.
